A 27-year-old South Euclid man arrested Aug. 15 by police in Mentor was arraigned Aug. 16 in Mentor Municipal Court on multiple drug- and traffic-related charges, court records show.Valendion P. Bencivenni II, of 1251 Avondale Road, is charged with one third-degree felony count each of conveyance of prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility and tampering with evidence.
