3 excuses that cost you clients (and how to eliminate them)

If there’s one thing a customer hates to hear, it’s an excuse: We can’t help you because … That schedule doesn’t work for us … It’s not our fault if … There’s dozens more. We loathe hearing excuses when we’re dealing with companies — and we can only hear them so many times before we take our business elsewhere. We don’t have to give customers everything they want to keep them loyal.
