Trump administration’s delay of International Entrepreneur Rule sparks lawsuit

A group of entrepreneurs, companies and venture capitalists have sued the Trump administration for delaying the International Entrepreneur Rule, which was intended to help foreign founders live in the U.S while growing their companies and had been set to go into effect July 17. The International Entrepreneur Rule was passed by the Department of Homeland Security in January during President Barack Obama’s waning hours in office.
