A 13-year-old boy was seriously injured while train surfing in Coney Island, police said. The teen, who boarded a southbound F train at Neptune Ave. and W. 6th St. with some pals, walked between two cars and clung to the side of one of them around 5:15 p.m. Tuesday, cops said.
