Wilkes-Barre woman donate property to local branch of Habitat for Humanity

Kathleen Nestorick, of Wilkes-Barre, recently donated a piece of property in Nanticoke to Wyoming Valley Habitat for Humanity. Kathleen chose to donate the property as a way to honor her late husband, Walter “Waju” Nestorick. “My husband would love the idea of giving a low-income family the opportunity for a good home,” said Nestorick. Karen Evans Kaufer, executive director, Wyoming Valley Habitat for Humanity said, “We are delighted Kathleen chose to donate the property to Habitat.
