Portions of North Street and Wickham Avenue were closed Thursday afternoon after a dump truck hit a bicyclist at the intersection.The accident happened just before 12:30 p.m., when the Mead Seal Coating dump truck struck a male on the bike, according to Lt. Jeffry Thoelen with the City of Middletown Police Department.The bicyclist was conscious but had several broken bones, Thoelen said.
