A gas line has been hit in the Westside Avenue Action Plan construction side on Manitou Avenue, the El Paso County information office tweeted. Manitou Avenue is closed between Beckers Lane and the U.S. 24 interchange. The county expects the line to be fixed by early afternoon. Read more on Colorado Springs Gazette
