A Liberty County grand jury has indicted a former Conroe ISD police officer, Holly Marie Matlock, 35, on a second-degree felony charge of Aggravated Assault With a Deadly Weapon, stemming from a May 29 incident at her home in Raywood, Texas. According to Liberty County Sheriff Bobby Rader, Matlock is accused of shooting her husband in the leg with her duty weapon during a physical altercation.
