The village of Oxford is applying for grant money to make infrastructure improvements along the M-24 corridor in downtown Oxford. The Oxford Downtown Development Authority and the Oxford village council voted at a joint meeting on Monday, Oct. 16 to submit a Transportation Alternative Program (TAP) grant application to the Michigan Department of Transportation by Oct.
