ROGERSVILLE — A Hawkins County man who led police on a pursuit from Kingsport into Mount Carmel after fleeing from a bail bondsman he'd agreed to meet and surrender to at the Stone Drive Walmart was sentenced Monday to almost a year in the Hawkins County Jail.
