Winds dying down, but rain, snow forecast through Wednesday

The National Weather Service is calling for rain and breezy conditions in the Seattle area through Wednesday. Monday's 60-plus mph gusts aren't likely to repeat themselves -- winds are expected to be around 25 mph -- but a half-inch of rain could fall in the Seattle area by Thursday.
