Adopting 29-month-old Delilah was a mere formality for Grace on Friday at the Macomb County courthouse.Grace and her husband, Paul, have been caring for Delilah as foster parents for the past 15 months."We're excited, we're happy to make it legal," she said. "She's going to be officially part of the family today but it has felt like she has been part of the family for a long time.
