A 44-year-old pro-medical marijuana activist is scheduled to face a trial on two misdemeanors after a felony stalking charge against him was dismissed.Keith Olson, who claims he has been targeted by police for his pro-marijuana stances, is scheduled to face a Feb. 14 trial in 41A District Court in Sterling Heights on charges of stalking and misuse of a telecommunications device, both misdemeanors.
