At least 10 major retailers, as well as both enclosed shopping malls in Colorado Springs, will be closed on Thanksgiving Day. Kmart will kick off the Black Friday shopping marathon at 6 a.m. on Thanksgiving, joined by Bass Pro Shops at 8 a.m. and other retailers in the afternoon.
