Fryeburg police have arrested a local man who they say crashed into a parked SUV with such force that it pushed the vehicle into a garage and knocked the garage off its foundation. Police Chief Joshua Potvin issued a statement Thursday that identified the driver as 65-year-old Nelson Brown of Fryeburg. Potvin said that when officers arrived at 82 Lovewell Pond Road around 6:40 p.m.
