STOCKTON — Stockton police are investigating the city's 49th homicide of the year after a man was found shot to death in west Stockton.Officers responded to the 2300 block of Lucerne Avenue just before 10 p.m. Wednesday and found the victim, a 48-year-old man, in the road.The victim had been shot and was pronounced dead at the scene, authorities said.[gh:iframe src="https://www.google.com/maps/embed?pb=!1m18!1m12!1m3!1d50341.184908682895!2d-121.34499250510115!3d37.
