The man whose body was found at a San Jose high school parking lot with a fatal gunshot wound was identified as a 28-year-old father of newborn twin girls, officials said. Andrew Ortiz’s body was found by school staffers about 7 a.m. at Mount Pleasant High School on Tuesday, said Officer Gina Tepoorten of the San Jose Police Department.
