Man rescued after plunging car into Chagrin River in Willoughby

A man was rescued from the Chagrin River around 11:15 p.m. Dec. 14 after he went through a guard rail and plunged into the river off St. Clair in Willoughby, police told New-Herald Staff Writer Jeff Schudel, who snapped these photos of the car in the river. More details will be coming when they are available.
