BROOKFIELD - Argo, the Brookfield Police Department K9, will soon be getting something new to wear: body armor. Argo’s bullet and stab protective vest is thanks to a charitable donation from the nonprofit organization Vested Interest in K9s, Inc. K9 Argo’s vest is sponsored by a fundraiser hosted by Protectors of Animals of East Hartford.
