PROVIDENCE, R.I. — Police are searching for a gunman who wounded a man and stole cell phones during a home invasion in Mount Pleasant Monday afternoon.David Rivera, 49, told police that a gunman knocked at his apartment door at 12 Rockland Ave. and then shot him in the left hand, hitting him in the pinky, according to a police report.
