One woman died in a fire that erupted in a Martinez condominium Saturday morning. The blaze started at around 7:20 a.m. on Farm Lane, said Contra Costa Fire Protection District Fire Marshal Robert Marshall. It was under control within about 20 minutes of firefighters arriving. The woman, whose name has not been disclosed, was pronounced dead at the scene.
