The proposed development of one of the largest open spaces in Washington Township remains only a concept for now.At the Dec. 14 Washington Township Planning Commission meeting, David Stollman, President of Biltmore Development LLC, presented a plan for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) on property where the former Romeo Golf Course and Country Club was located off of 32 Mile Road.
