The last car of a Red Line train momentarily derailed this morning and was taken out of service, according to MBTA officials who are investigating the incident.A six-car train approaching Andrew Station in South Boston derailed around 9:20 this morning. It “re-railed” itself when it arrived at Andrew, according to authorities.
