UNM executive vice president to retire by end of the year

The University of New Mexico announced Thursday the retirement of a long-standing senior executive. David W. Harris, executive vice president for administration, chief operating officer and chief financial officer of New Mexico's flagship university for nearly 14 years, is set to retire by the end of 2018. Harris joined the University of New Mexico in 2004, originally signing on as CFO and executive vice president for finance and administration.
