Two men who stole booze from a Chinatown liquor store, then fled in a stolen Uber car, crashed and struck a pedestrian, police said.The woman who was struck was conscious and alert at the scene and did not suffer life-threatening injuries, police said.The liquor thieves hit the Washington Street store about 5:30 p.m.
