Incidents prompting sexual harassment complaint against Colorado state Sen. Jack Tate “more likely than not” happened, report sa

A third-party investigator digging into alleged incidents that prompted a former intern at the Colorado legislature to file a sexual harassment complaint against state Sen. KUNC reported Friday that an independent investigation by the Employers Council substantiated claims involving several interactions the intern, who has remained anonymous, reported between her and Tate in 2017 — including comments he made and physical contact. Tate, a Centennial Republican and business committee chairman, has repeatedly declined to comment on the findings of the investigation, and efforts to reach him Friday were unsuccessful. Top Republicans in the GOP-controlled Senate have complained about the Employers Council’s work in recent days, saying that a report into allegations against Sen.
