Comment on County commissioners push for more money in D.C. at national conference

Four Oakland County commissioners are in the nation's capitol this week to learn about national policies and programs that support Michigan's most pressing issues. County commissioners Shelly Taub, David Bowman, Adam Kochenderfer and Helaine Zack are attending the National Association of Counties Legislative Conference to help craft national policy that has a direct effect on state and county operations involving infrastructure, healthcare, education, poverty, public lands and workforce development among other topics.
