She began taking Percocets, then Oxycontin and eventually heroin.Yesterday, the 29-year-old mother of two was happy to learn of the results of a new report that found the number of people filling prescriptions for opioid painkillers dramatically dropped nationwide last year — the biggest dip in 25 years.
