KINGSTON – City police are looking for the person who shot a 21-year-old woman in the leg Tuesday afternoon.Police said the shooting happened around 1:45 p.m. on Elmendorf Street near the Broadway intersection.The woman was taken to HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley to be treated for what police described as a non-life-threatening injury.Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call the Kingston Police Detective Division at 331-1671.
