The Tri-Cities Boating Club will conduct its third, and final, Tennessee Safe Boating Course of the year on Tuesday, May 22 and Thursday, May 24 at Northeast State Community College in Blountville. This course and the associated permit that comes with passing the course are required for all boat operators in Tennessee born after Jan 1, 1989. The two-night course will be taught by qualified members of the Tri-Cities Boating Club and take place each evening from 5:30-8 p.m.
