I have lived in Winchester more than 60 years. Like my father, I was a town meeting member for more than 25 years. We both loved Winchester and its diverse neighborhoods. We worked hard to ensure the needs of all Winchester residents — no matter what neighborhood — were heard.That’s why I must speak up to defend a neighborhood whom I feel was treated unfairly recently by some in the sports community about lights on Skillings Field.
