CITY OF NEWBURGH – A federal judge dismissed the City of Newburgh from lawsuit filed by an Orange County Jail inmate who claims is rights were violated in March 2017 when he was taken to medical unit while the elderly man accused of shooting him in the back less than two months earlier was also there.U.S.
