MIDDLETOWN - Multiple police departments coordinated a tactical response on Tuesday to a report of a barricaded subject at a home on Cedar Court.The road was briefly closed while state police, Middletown police and the Orange County Sheriff's Office investigated.Tactical vehicles could be seen parked near the corner of Cedar Court and Route 78.
