Comment on Man convicted in deadly shooting at Flint car wash

Jurors convicted Dominique Singleton on Tuesday, June 19 of second-degree murder, two counts of felony firearm-second offense, and felon in possession of a firearm in connection with the death of 26-year-old Ajayi McGuire. Officers were called out just before noon on May 21, 2016 to the 1600 block of North Saginaw Street for a shooting and discovered McGuire, 26, had been shot and the victim was transported to Hurley Medical Center where he later died.
