More families could be calling Macomb Township home soon as the southeast corner of Romeo Plank and 24 Mile roads is the future site of a 48-lot condo development. Single-family condo developments of this type have outpaced subdivisions since the mid-2000s, according to Macomb Township Engineer James Van Tiflin.
