Taylor "intentionally" had the new amphitheater at Dodge Park configured to have the sound system pointed at his house in retaliation for lingering hard feelings from political differences.Paul Smith, a controversial political figure, called 911 on July 19 to complain about loud noise coming from the park's activities, including the Music in the Park concert series and Farmers Market.
