CRANSTON, R.I. -- A white powdery substance that triggered a two-hour lockdown at the Adult Correctional Institutions was not a health threat, an ACI spokesman said Wednesday.The lockdown affected personnel, visitors and about 800 prisoners housed in the intake unit, said the spokesman, J.R. Ventura.The lockdown took place from 2 p.m.
