A driver was cited following a rollover crash in Woodstock that sent four people to the hospital, police said. The Woodstock Fire/Rescue District responded about 5 p.m. Monday to the scene of a two-vehicle crash at Route 47 and Southview Drive. The driver of the first vehicle was in the process of turning left out of a private driveway in an effort to go northbound on Route 47.
