STOCKTON — Local youth groups concerned about school and community safety amid mass shootings taking place across the country want to let their voices be heard.Stockton policymakers, leaders in education and community advocates are scheduled to take questions from public at a town hall meeting in the gymnasium of Chavez High School on Saturday from 10 to 11:30 a.m.
