Halston A. Borglund, the 26-year-old woman accused of leaving her 3-month-old daughter in a car outside Twin River Casino for about an hour and a half on Wednesday, was arrested by police in Milford, Massachusetts, on Thursday evening.Milford police arrested her at around 5:45 p.m. on a warrant out of their department, according to a Milford police dispatcher.The dispatcher said he could not release details of the arrest or the warrant.
