Comment on Four more arrested in connection with Cedar Valley Townhomes brawl, bringing total to eight

Cedar Rapids Police have made four additional arrests related to the brawl that occurred Monday afternoon at the Cedar Valley Townhomes, 3000 J St. SW.According to Cedar Rapids Police Spokesman Greg Buelow on Friday evening three minors — ages 14, 17, and 17 — were charged with rioting. One of the 17-year-olds was also charged with interference with official acts.A fourth individual, Larenzo Burnett, 18, was charged with rioting as well.This brings the total for arrests related to the fight up to eight people.Buelow also said that the investigation is continuing and more arrests are expected.
