100 Years Ago - 1918: Owning to the great demand for labor, C.J. Drennen, employment supervisor of the Sun Shipbuilding Co., has decided to have the employment office open when those who want work at high wages and to help win the war "over here" can obtain employment. "Every ship built at the Sun puts the Kaiser on the run.
