Police arrested Chadwick Everett Baker, 33, in connection with a bomb hoax Sunday evening near railroad tracks in south Oklahoma City, a spokesman said.Local, federal and railroad authorities spent several hours along the tracks at SE 34 and Shields Boulevard after a witness said a man driving near the tracks threw what appeared to be pipe bombs out his window about 5 p.m., police Master Sgt.Read more on NewsOK.com
