Police officers are investigating a potential homicide after a body was found near Cherry Creek High School early Saturday. Officers responded to reports of a body near East Union Avenue and South Yosemite Street — adjacent to Cherry Creek High School — at 5:07 a.m. Saturday, according to a news release from the Greenwood Village Police Department.
