A 43-page report released Wednesday that summarized a seven-month investigation into the Mavericks organization substantiated numerous incidents of sexual harassment and workplace misconduct within the franchise over a two-decade span.The independent investigation commenced in February after Mavericks owner Mark Cuban hired investigators to look into several allegations that surfaced on the business side of the organization via a Sports Illustrated story.The investigators interviewed 215 current and former Mavericks employees and reviewed more than 1.6 million documents and emails dating back more than 20 years that included all of Cuban's 18 years of ownership.Here are five observations from the Mavericks' investigation report:More allegations against UsserySeveral new sexual harassment and inappropriate workplace allegations against former Mavericks president and CEO Terdema Ussery are included in the investigative report, most of which he denied.Investigators found that Ussery engaged in misconduct towards 15 current and former Mavericks employees during his tenure.One former employee accused Ussery of kissing her on the lips.
