STOCKTON — The Diocese of Stockton on Friday announced it has reported to police that a priest is being accused of sexual misconduct with a minor.The alleged incident happened in 1968 and it involved Father Manuel Pascual, who was a member of The Congregation of the Mission (Vincentians) and worked at Sacred Heart Parish in Patterson from 1967 to 1971, according to a news release.“In accordance with diocesan policy, the matter has been reported to the police and [...]
