Comment on Winchester football defeats Melrose

Henry Kraft had two touchdowns, one on offense and defense as the Winchester High football team defeated Melrose 21-14 at Knowlton Stedium in Winchester on Friday, Oct. 12.Brendan Curran scored the other touchdown on the ground for Winchester. William Pesce and Christopher Cusolito each ran for a touchdown for Melrose."I don't think we could have played any better defensively," said Winchester coach Wally Dembowski.
