The ball-busting Brooklyn cop accused of stuffing her panties into an underling’s mouth has been transferred to a different precinct, sources told The Post Wednesday. Sgt. Ann Marie Guerra, 38, has been exiled to Midtown’s 17th Precinct, from her former gig at the 72nd Precinct Detectives Squad in Sunset Park.
