The Winchester High girls cross country team placed second in the Middlesex League championship meet on Monday, Oct. 29 at Woburn Country Club.The Sachems totaled 72 points. Lexington was first overall with 43.Ella Aldrich led the Sachems with a seventh-place finish in 19 minutes, 32.17 seconds on the 5-kilometer course.
