Judge rules John Hinckley Jr. can move out of his mom’s house

The man who shot President Ronald Reagan in the early 1980s can move out of his mother’s house in Virginia, a federal judge ruled Friday. John Hinckley Jr., 63, will now be allowed to live within 75 miles of his mother’s house in the gated community of Williamsburg, US District Court Judge Paul L.
